We are looking for a Kitchen assistant to work with our cook and to assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of meals within the School dining hall to our lovely pupils. To participate in creating healthy menus taking into an account all our students dietary needs and recommendations.in a SEN setting (Autism, ADHD, Diabetes, Epilepsy, etc.). Basic awareness and understanding of SEN, Multi-cultural, and creative, approach to food preparation and menus. Awareness of healthy, balanced and nutritious menus. Ability to operate basic industrial kitchen equipment.

Understanding of Basic Food & Personal Hygiene. Understanding of Health & Safety at Work

Salary: Scale 2 point 11 £9,412- £9430
