HR Advisor £30,930 - £32,637

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced HR Advisor with demonstrable skills in the area of sickness absence management. You will need to work.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will work independently and proactively to identify and find solutions to sickness related absence situations within the Council. You will interpret data to identify and resolve service and individual absences. The role will include working with individuals to assist in their return to work, as well as conducting all informal and formal steps of the sickness absence procedures.  In addition to this you will be involved in key HR projects and initiatives across the Council.

We will be looking for an organised and confident individual who is CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate evidence of successfully undertaking a similar role, having worked successfully at band 2 of the CIPD Professional Map. You will also have up to date knowledge of employment law and evidence of continuous professional development.

The closing date for this position is 26th November 2018

Assessment Centre will take place 29th November 2018

Final interviews will take place 6th December 2018
