Vacancy Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to develop the advertising space within Waltham Forest News. Waltham Forest news is owned and managed by Waltham Forest Council with a fortnightly distribution of 110,000 each issue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing operational and day to day elements of Waltham Forest News (WFN)
  • Generate new advertisers
  • Achieve fortnightly and annual income targets
  • Manage internal and external advertisers and clients
  • Flatplan management
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Assisting Communications team with strategic campaigns

What we want from you:

  • Experience of having worked in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills

Part time applications considered. And change the hours to a range of: 21 – 36 hours per week.
