We are expanding our ICT department and are looking for an ICT technician to join our newly formed team. Your role will be to support our two schools in Havering with updating and maintaining all of their IT infrastructure.

In addition to your day to day responsibilities you will have an opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and improvement of IT infrastructure across the Trust.

Experience of working within schools would be desirable but is not essential.

You should be a team player and be flexible in your approach to work. Whilst you will primarily be based in Folly Lane, you may on occasions be required to travel to our other sites.

Please note that that this position is working 52 weeks per year and 36 hours per week.

Closing date: 22nd October 2018

Interview date: TBC

For an application pack and further details about the Trust, please log on to our website at: www.hornbeamacademy.org/our-school/vacancies/ or if you would like further information or an informal discussion about the role please contact: hr@hornbeamacademy.org

All completed applications should be returned to the school at the following address:

Human Resources Department, Hornbeam Academy Trust, Folly Lane, Walthamstow, E17 5NT

or by email to hr@hornbeamacademy.org

If you do not hear from the Trust within three weeks, then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful. (Due to the number of applicants it is not possible to contact every candidate individually).

Hornbeam Academy Trust, as an employer, is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people as its number one priority. This includes a commitment to robust recruitment, selection and induction procedures. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
