Vacancy Description

Capital Receipts Programme Manager (1 year fixed term)

Reporting to the Head of Housing Strategy and Partnerships, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the successful spend of capital receipts resulting in new affordable housing in Waltham Forest. Working alongside a range of internal and external partners and stakeholders you will deliver innovative housing projects to meet the Council’s strategic objectives and undertake associated consultation and project management activities.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of project and programme management to ensure the timely spend of one for one receipts.  This will include co-ordinating innovative housing development schemes in the borough from initiation to completion.

You will, have experience of working with capital funding, be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with and establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
