An exciting opportunity to join Waltham Forest Placements and Resources Service

Social Worker

We are seeking an HCPC registered social workers with suitable experience to join us as:

  1. Special Guardianship assessment – Social Worker

As a Social Worker in this specialist area of work you will have a comprehensive knowledge of permanency planning and support, with transferable experience of Adoption and / or Special Guardianship work. You will join a service that is keen to ensure that children’s plans for permanent family placements are achieved effectively and without delay.

This means you will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference; confident that you know how to move things on positively and to high professional standards. You will have the experience and confidence to advise social work colleagues in this area of work also.
