Vacancy Description

The newly created Education Business Effectiveness (EBE) Service is looking for a Digital and Content Officer to play a key role in the creation of digital output and production of rich and informative content.

The EBE Service leads on communication with Early Years and Education professionals in Childcare settings, schools and colleges across Waltham Forest. This service is crucial to enable LA services to provide information and guidance in a timely manner, and in promoting the ethos of the borough’s Learning Partnership, which aims to ensure all early years and education settings work together to provide the best outcomes for all children and young people.

The role will be vital in developing new audiences and building relationships by generating, editing and curating content for use on digital platforms – including The Hub website, social media, and newsletters.

With a full review, rebuild and rebrand of The Hub website currently underway this is an exciting time to be joining the EBE service, and the post holder will be vital in ensuring the development and success of communication within the education community of Waltham Forest.
