Receptionist / Administrative Assistant  

Required as soon as possible  

Salary range: Scale 3 (£18,657- £19,623)

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

(Hours will range between 8.00am and 4.30pm according to the needs of the school)  

Walthamstow School for Girls is an extremely successful, multicultural, comprehensive school.  

We are looking for an experienced, well organised and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The post holder will be responsible for the reception of visitors to the school, the operation of the telephone system and general administrative duties.  

The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication and ICT skills, the ability to be self-motivated and flexible with a pleasant and positive attitude. They will also be expected to act as a first aider within the school.
