Commissioning Manager for Places

(Pay Grade PO7)

This post is within the Education Capital & Planning Team within the Families & Homes Directorate. This post holder is responsible for School Organisation and Pupil Place planning.

You will provide strategic planning and management functions to ensure that the Authority meets its statutory duty in providing sufficient pupil places in primary and secondary schools and all related school organisation statutory duties.  Experience of working with schools is essential.

You will bring your extensive organisational, administrative and data management skills to the team. You will have advanced Excel skills (including VBA coding), excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and also skilled in MapInfo. You will have outstanding mathematical skills and experience in a similar role. You will also have relevant working knowledge of external organisations such as London Councils and the GLA.
