We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational part-time SENDCO to work with our enthusiastic and committed team. This post provides a hugely exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to lead the next important stage of development in our SEN provision. The successful candidate will join our new leadership team and will be instrumental in contributing to the exciting progression that is taking place at our school.
We are looking for someone who:-
Will support and promote the inclusive ethos of our school.
Develop each individual's character and talents by encouraging our children to grow in God's love, learning to be the best they can be.
Can guide/assist others to support outstanding practice. Can oversee and lead the provision of SEND across the school.
Can raise attainment and narrow the gap of our SEND pupils.
Is able to lead, inspire and motivate others and word effectively as part of a team.
Is able to work alongside; the Leadership team, Governors, Staff and whole school community to ensure the continued success of our thriving school.
You will have:
The national award in special educational needs, or have started the course
The drive and determination to raise pupil achievement and aspirations
The ability to motivate and inspire staff
Resilience, determination and creativity
High expectations of staff and yourself
The ability to initiate and develop effective strategies to enable pupils from 3-7 to reach their personal best
