Environmental Health Officer (Programme Noise)
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (PROGRAMME NOISE)
You will lead on the full range of noise issues, providing expert advice and guidance throughout our organisation, including comments on planning applications, licensing applications and section 61 Control of Pollution Act 1974 prior consent applications. You will get involved in specific projects both individually and as part of a team.
Good communication and ICT skills are crucial to success in this role, along with experience of advising colleagues, organisations and the public on noise issues.
You should have an Environmental Health degree (or equivalent) and have practical experience in monitoring & handling data.
