Appeals and Reviews Co-ordinator
We are looking for a highly meticulous team player to co-ordinate the statutory reviews function under Parts VI/ VII of the Housing Act 1996 ( as amended) to ensure that all reviews are processed within the legal timescale.
The successful candidate must have a high level of customer focus, be able to act within guidelines following standard procedures. High level IT skills and experience of performance monitoring / progress chasing are vital as well as knowledge of the homelessness legislation and understanding of housing needs.
